To redeem Points Reward, sign in to 9to9card.transmarco.asia and go to the Redemption menu, located on the 'Rewards' button. Redeem the Points by clicking on one of the eVoucher online denominations [50k, 100k, or 200k]

Yes, Points Reward expires.
If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e., no earning or spending of Points Reward), then your Points Reward balance will be set back to zero.

No, Points Reward cannot be added to your account retroactively.
You can earn Points Reward on all future purchases when logged into your account and shopping.
