Terms & Conditions: Lucky Member SurPRIZE!
1. Program Overview
The Lucky Member SurPRIZE! is an exclusive appreciation program dedicated to 9to9card members. Throughout the month of April, members who engage in qualifying transactions will stand a chance to receive curated reward packages.
2. Campaign Period
This program commences on April 1st, 2026, and will conclude on April 30th, 2026.
3. Eligibility & Mechanism
- Participation is exclusively reserved for registered 9to9card members.
- To qualify for the prize draw, a minimum single transaction of IDR 500,000 is required.
- Eligible transactions will be entered into a randomized digital draw system to ensure transparency and fairness.
4. Exclusive Rewards The April 2026 SurPRIZE! tiers are as follows:
- Grand Prize: 1,000,000 Reward Points + Signature Plush Toy
- Second Prize: 800,000 Reward Points + Signature Plush Toy
- Third Prize: 500,000 Reward Points + Signature Plush Toy
5. Winner Announcement
Winners will be officially announced on May 5th, 2026, via our Instagram Story @9to9card.co.id. Selected winners will also receive formal notification through their registered Email and official WhatsApp channel.
6. General Provisions
- This program is strictly prohibited for resellers, personal shoppers (Jastip), and TAP transactions.
- Manual transaction inputs or requests directed to the CRM team will not be considered for eligibility.
- 9to9card reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these terms. All decisions rendered by management are final and incontestable.
